Day of Appointment

Please take a moment to prepare for your appointment to ensure the best experience and results.

Arrive with Clean Lashes & Skin:

  • Please cleanse your eyes and lashes thoroughly before your appointment. Any makeup, oils, or residue can affect the adhesive bond and retention.

  • If needed, you may arrive a few minutes early to use a lash-safe cleanser at the studio.

Avoid Caffeine Before Your Service:

  • Caffeine can cause eye twitching, making it harder to apply extensions precisely. For a smoother experience, try to skip coffee, tea, or energy drinks beforehand.

Dress Comfortably:

  • You’ll be lying down for 60–180+ minutes, so wear something cozy. Avoid bulky hoodies with large hoods that may press against the lash bed.

Bring Headphones or Relaxing Entertainment:

  • Feel free to bring headphones to listen to music, a podcast, or a guided meditation.

  • However, talking during the appointment is not recommended, as facial movement can affect precision.

Avoid Strong Fragrances:

  • Please refrain from wearing heavily scented lotions, perfumes, or essential oils, as some scents can cause sensitivity or discomfort in a closed environment.

Eyes Closed & Stillness is Key:

  • Your eyes must remain closed and covered for the entire session to ensure safety and a smooth application process.

  • Any unnecessary movement can slow the process or cause premature shedding.

Silence Your Phone:

  • To maintain a peaceful environment, please silence your phone before we begin.

  • If you are expecting an urgent call, let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Booking Policies & Requirements

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice will result in a charge for 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • The appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and missed appointments affect both my schedule and other clients.

  • You will not be able to reschedule until the no-show fee has been paid in full.

  • After three no-show appointments, I may kindly ask you to seek another lash artist who might be a better fit for your needs.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Punctuality is important for providing the best service and achieving 100% lash coverage.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • This will be considered a no-show. Unfortunately, arriving late impacts the quality of your service and the timing of my next client.

  • After three no-show or late appointments, I may kindly recommend another lash artist who may better accommodate your scheduling needs.

Non-Refundable Services

  • All services are non-refundable. I take great care in providing quality results, but individual lash retention and skin reactions can vary based on personal aftercare, lifestyle, and natural lash health.

  • If you experience any concerns, please notify me within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss potential solutions.

Late Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will require payment of 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • All cancellations are recorded. If last-minute changes become a recurring issue, I may ask you to find another lash artist.

  • I understand that life happens, and I offer grace for true emergencies—please communicate with me as soon as possible if something unexpected arises.

Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • You have contraindications that make the service unsafe (e.g., eye infections, lash damage).

  • You arrive with lashes from another artist that are not in healthy condition, and you refuse a removal.

  • You repeatedly fail to follow my booking, lateness, or cancellation policies.

  • You display disrespectful or inappropriate behavior at any time.

Appointment Confirmation & Reminders

  • All appointments are confirmed through text or email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please reach out to ensure your appointment is secured.

  • A reminder will be sent 24–48 hours before your scheduled time—this is your opportunity to reschedule if needed to avoid cancellation fees.

Aftercare & Maintenance

Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining the longevity and health of your lash extensions. Please follow these guidelines to keep your lashes looking their best:

 

First 24 Hours:

  • Avoid steam, sweat, and excessive humidity to allow the adhesive to fully cure.

Daily Care:

  • Clean lashes daily using a lash-safe cleanser and a soft brush to remove oil, debris, and bacteria.

  • Avoid oil-based makeup, creams, and cleansers around the eyes—oil breaks down lash adhesive.

  • Brush lashes gently every morning and night with a clean spoolie to keep them neat.

  • Sleep on your back or side to prevent crushing your lashes.

What to Avoid:

  • No mascara, eyeliner, or lash curlers—these can damage extensions and lead to premature shedding.

  • Avoid excessive rubbing, pulling, or picking at your lashes.

  • Stay away from extreme heat sources like BBQs, ovens, or fire pits—high heat can singe extensions.

Fill Appointments:

  • To maintain fullness, book a fill every 2–3 weeks (14–21 days).

  • At least 30% of your extensions must remain for a fill—otherwise, a full set may be required.
